- Your head circumference
- Front to nape measurements
- Part Orientation - Center part or side part (specify which side)
- There is no need to bleach the knots, as our knots are already small.

For the perfect fit, we require you to provide us with precise head measurements, as we will craft your wig based exclusively on these measurements. This data ensures that your wig is comfortable and fits securely. Failure to provide measurements while placing your order will delay processing time as we cannot begin fulfilling your order until we receive this information.
If you do not have a soft mesauring tape, we are willing to provide you one free of cost.

All of our hair is 100% Raw Human Hair, that can last a minimum of 4-5 years with proper care.
Proper care means:
- Washing and conditioning your extensions just as you would your natural hair. (We recommend doing this weekly, but you should go no longer than 2 weeks without maintenance.
- Sleep with a satin/silk scarf or pillowcase.
- Properly (and gently) handle and detangle your hair.

Unfortunately, because all EBLUXE HAIR® Wigs are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any conditions. Thank you for understanding.
Before submitting your order, ensure that you have provided us with accurate head measurements. Our team cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies, thus refunds or exchanges due to incorrect measurements cannot be granted.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
Prior to placing your order, please ensure that you have selected the correct items. Unfortunately, once orders are placed, our production team will begin fulfilling them, so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to alter your order. However, we do understand that mistakes can happen and if you reach out to us immediately and your order has not yet been processed, we will gladly make the necessary corrections.
If you wish to make changes to your order after it has been processed, OR cancel your entire order, you will be subject to a 15% restock fee.
